Senior Commercial Property Manager

Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of commercial property operations, including leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with lessee's and owners, addressing their concerns and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Conduct routine property inspections to assess condition, identify maintenance needs, and ensure compliance with lease agreements and regulations.
Collaborate with leasing agents when marketing available spaces, negotiate lease agreements, and attract new tenants.
Prepare and manage property budgets, monitoring expenses, and maximizing revenue.
Coordinate and supervise contractors, vendors, and maintenance staff to ensure timely and cost-effective property maintenance and repairs.
Maintain accurate property records, lease agreements, and other property-related documentation.
Provide regular reports to senior management on property performance, occupancy rates, and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of commercial property management principles, leasing practices, and relevant regulations.
Proven track record in financial analysis and budgeting.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with tenants, lessors, and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in any property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
