About the Role

Mentors proactively engage job seekers and place them into sustainable employment. Mentors achieve outcomes by motivating, coaching, and identifying transferable skills required for successful employment. Mentors tailor their services for individual needs so that jobseekers are supported and able to progress towards the labour market to gain and keep meaningful employment.

Do you have what it takes to become an Asurian Mentor?

To be a successful Asurian Mentor, you must be able to balance empathy in your daily work with a drive to ensure we achieve business outcomes. You will have solid customer service and administrative skills and have ability to build successful relationships. You thrive working collaboratively in a diverse team environment. Previous experience in providing exceptional customer service and administration with sound computer literacy skills would be an advantage.

Note: Mentors who are fluent in other languages, particularly Dari are highly valued.
