In Australia, Network Rail Consulting has a growing team of rail industry specialists permanently based in New South Wales, Victoria, and Queensland. About the role:

Network Rail Consulting is currently offering an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Engineer to join our growing team based in Brisbane. We are looking for someone with a background in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Civil, Electrical or Systems Engineering.

Our graduate program is spread across two years, crafted to help you bridge the gap between formal education and experience in the workplace. You will work with a pool of talented individuals as well as gain exposure across a diverse project-based business. The training you receive will draw on a range of personal development activities, exposure to business leaders and access to programs designed to grow your professional skills, so you become technically advanced and business savvy.

Highlights of the NRC Graduate Program:

About You

The successful candidate must have/be:

Currently studying or recently completed a relevant Engineering degree. Passionate about a career in engineering / consultancy. Strong work ethic and dedication. Great attention to detail and report writing ability. Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills. Ability to manage time effectively among competing priorities. Possess a growth mindset. Are resilient and resourceful.
