About Us
BehaviourWorks Australia (BWA) employs researchers from a broad range of disciplines with a common interest in cutting-edge research on how to influence behaviour and implement behaviour change mechanisms and programs. With a strong focus on collaboration, it places great importance on bringing together the best people working in academia, the community, business and government to achieve effective policies, strategies and outcomes across a range of health, social and sustainability issues, all underpinned by high-quality interdisciplinary research. BWA’s work is guided by a number of sources, including State and Federal Government policies and agendas, current thinking and evidence in leading behaviour change research, industry sectors with a social or environmental agenda, and our collaborators’ knowledge and experience.

Expressions of Interest
A variety of casual roles will arise at over the course of the year at BehaviourWorks. These roles are an essential support to our research work. If you are interested in working with us in a casual position at BehaviourWorks please follow the instructions below.
To Apply
To express your interest in potential casual roles, please submit a copy of your current resume and a document in which you outline the following:
- Your highest education level (e.g. Bachelor of Behaviour Science/ Master of Environmental Science)
- Any relevant research skills or methodologies you have experience with, especially in the context of behaviour change research (e.g. statistics, evidence reviews, behaviour identification and prioritisation, interventions, etc)
- How you manage your work and any experience you have in working to tight deadlines
- Your experience in marking assignments and/ or teaching classes (both online and in person)
- Anything else you would like us to know about you that is not covered in the above questions
