Our client is a leader in their field.
They supply comprehensive Programmed Maintenance and Reactive Service solutions to large commercial food, beverage and industrial equipment customers.
Reporting to the Executive General Manager, You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction, optimising service delivery, and driving the growth of the business.
Key to your success will be your ability to build and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
You will be well supported with existing infrastructure across across each state and access to key personnel at corporate level.
This roe will see you:
• Establish and implement service goals, objectives, and strategies in alignment with the company's overall vision.
• Develop service policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery across all locations.
• Oversee the national service team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Evaluate service operations regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor and analyse service performance metrics, such as customer satisfaction, response time, and rates.
• Identify trends and customer needs to proactively address issues and develop strategies for
enhancing service offerings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing their service concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of necessary resources and support for service operations.
• Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in service management incorporating them into our service strategies.
