The Oracle Application Support Engineer will be responsible for responding to, resolving incidents and service requests related to Oracle Fusion Applications. They will also be the first point of contact for the external vendor who also support Oracle.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the administration, maintenance and support of Oracle Cloud Fusion
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers
  • Operate as the key owner for escalations and be responsible for delivering advanced technical support for Oracle Fusion
  • Perform maintenance, monitoring, and administrative activities to prevent issues and identify areas of improvement
  • Assist with support and troubleshooting Pega Applications when required

Key Skills & Experience Required

  • 4+ years specific experience as an Oracle Application Support Engineer
  • Strong experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion (OIC, ERP, EPM, and HCM)
  • Oracle Cloud or Fusion certification highly regarded
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
