About the role:

Are you passionate about optimising store operations and driving excellence? At Wesfarmers Health, we're looking for a Store Operations Specialist to play a key role in implementing our Retail Strategy. This position focuses on managing and enhancing operational policies and procedures to ensure our stores deliver top-notch performance and consistency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee and manage all operational policy and procedural documentation for our stores.
  • Drive improvements in store execution, efficiency, and compliance to boost commercial success.
  • Support the implementation of our retail growth strategy.
  • Provide vital support and administration for store operations.

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years of retail experience, including 1-2 years in a Support Office or similar role.
  • Excellent written communication for documenting policies and procedures.
  • Video creation and editing skills
  • Strong process management with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Analytical skills with knowledge of retail point of sale and back-office systems.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and curiosity.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and work autonomously.
