Are you passionate about creating amazing customer experiences? We're looking for a Senior CX Designer to lead two innovative projects from discovery to implementation. If you're experienced in Service Design and UX, this role offers you the chance to make a real impact on our customer journey and play a vital part in the transformation of our digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Workshops: Facilitate workshops with customers and internal teams to identify and address key issues, defining problems that need solutions.
  • Design and Prototype Solutions: Lead internal and external ideation sessions, create prototypes, and design solutions based on customer feedback.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of CX solutions through iterative processes.
  • Mentor Junior Team Members: Provide guidance and support to junior CX team members, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Enhance CX Maturity: Collaborate with the CX team to uplift the maturity of CX practices across the organization, contributing to the overall customer experience strategy.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Service Design and UX Experience: Strong background in Service Design and UX, demonstrated through a portfolio of work.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to work independently, drive projects forward, and manage timelines effectively.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage complex consultations and negotiations with diverse stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital collaboration tools like Miro and Figma, with the ability to create prototypes, wireframes, and other design assets.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Experience in leading teams and mentoring junior members, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: The capacity to adapt to evolving project requirements and maintain focus on customer needs.
