The Company
We are currently working with a leading Managed Services Provider based in the Northern Suburbs who has a background in providing class leading service to a vast array of clients across a range of sectors and industries which include education, finance, resources, health, professional services and government.

The Role
This is a client facing role which will see you providing 2nd level support to their clients and assisting with projects. Our client is looking for someone who is looking to develop and grow their skills and to be trained and developed into a 3rd line engineer. This role will suit someone who is looking to advance their career by a mix of self development and on the job training. This is a high volume Service Desk and you will resolve lots of tickets on a daily basis.You will also be offered the opportunity to attend vendor courses and sit certifications.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a similar Level 2/3 within a Managed Services environment.
  • General IT troubleshooting experience.
  • Excellent experience with Windows Desktop  and Server environments.
  • Knowledge of with MS Exchange, Active Directory, Office 365 and Azure.
  • Experience with Virtualisation technologies including Hyper-V and VSphere.
  • Knowledge of Networking ie Routing, Switching, Firewalls and VoIP.
  • Good communication, customer service and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of ConnectWise or Autotask.
  • The ability to follow processes.
  • A passion for IT.
  • Full Vaccination status. 
  • You must be an Australian Citizen or have permanent residency.
