The IT team are responsible for maintaining and delivering capability to the APAC region for Northrop Grumman. This role is essential to maintaining our APAC operations and delivering new capability to the region. Additionally, the role will support our Programs in delivering network and connectivity solutions to our customers. 

  

Your Role 

As our Senior Network Engineer, you will be integral to maintaining and expanding our advanced network infrastructure. Your primary responsibilities will include designing network solutions, ensuring the smooth operation of existing networks, and creating detailed support documentation. This role demands a strong foundation in network security and a CCIE in Routing & Switching or an equivalent certification. Proficiency in Cisco switching, routers, and firewalls (ASA/Firepower) is essential, along with experience in network design and architecture. You will engage in a mix of routine tasks and innovative project work, making your role both diverse and impactful. 

About You 

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer with a robust technical background. You should have significant experience with Palo Alto Firewalls, SD-Access, Cisco DNA, Silver Peak, F5 Load Balancers, and VMware/ESXi. Your technical expertise should be complemented by meticulous attention to detail and a methodical approach to managing complex network environments. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you will need to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team is crucial.
