Total Tools Kilsyth is looking for a vibrant Part Time Accounts Officer (35 hours per week). This is an exciting opportunity for you to utilise your current skills and experience within a growing and diverse business.

What will you be doing? 

  • Liasing with suppliers and customers to ensure a highly accurate and timely processing of accounts
  • Processing supplier invoices and credits in Pronto
  • Preparation of weekly/monthly payments
  • Monthly supplier reconciliations
  • New account applications
  • Monitor several email accounts
  • Chasing of Debtors
  • Other tasks as required

Does this sound like you?

  • Proven experience in Account Payable/Receivable (minimum 2 years)
  • Unparalleled attention to detail
  • High accuracy of data entry and data management
  • Experience using Pronto & Microsoft office OneNote would be highly regarded
