About the Orange Aquatic Centre

The Orange Aquatic Centre is a purpose-built facility that has been serving the community since 2012. Our centre offers a range of amenities including heated indoor and outdoor pools, diving facilities, beach volleyball and basketball courts, and Café area. We're open year-round, providing a welcoming environment for individuals of all ages to learn and enjoy one of life’s most important skills.

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Administration Officer to assist with the administration duties at the Orange Aquatic Centre and to support the management of the centre. This includes:

  • Responding to queries from the public via email, on the phone and face to face
  • Use of Council’s document management system (Content Manager 9)
  • Coordinating enrolments for the Learn to Swim program
  • Banking reports to be reported to Council
  • Following up with accounts payable to the Aquatic Centre

So, what do you need?

  • Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent certificate or experience
  • High level communication skills, both verbal and written
  • exceptional customer service skills
  • Computer literacy skills in the use of a variety of computer software packages
