We are currently looking for a dedicated Lancome CounterManager to join our Glenunga Pharmacyteam.

Counter Managers are critical inenabling us to fulfil our purpose because they:

Provide extraordinary customer service and consult with ourcustomers, to ensure they get the best advice for their health andbeauty needs. Make every customer feel special while demonstrating prestigeproducts.Ensure our customers' transactions are processed correctly andefficiently using our point-of-sale systemsEnsure our stores are beautifully presented and well-stocked soour customers feel welcome and enjoy their experience in ourstoresDemonstrate the value of National Pharmacies membership to ourcustomers.

People who excel as National Pharmacies and LancomeCounter Managers consistently demonstrate:

Excellent product knowledge, and presentation in line with aprestige brandExtensive experience in managing a beauty counterConfidence in delivering outstanding customer service andadvice to a diverse range of customers with a broad variety ofhealth and well-being needsAbility to relate well with customers and teammatesWillingness to continue to learn about the products andservices National Pharmacies offersAdaptability and flexibility
