Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Lancome Senior Beauty Consultant to join our North Adelaide Pharmacy team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in enabling us to fulfill our purpose - Caring for People, Enabling Health and Inspiring Wellness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and consult with customers to ensure they receive the best advice for their health and beauty needs.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of Lancome products and services, and make recommendations to customers accordingly.
  • Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale systems.
  • Ensure our stores are presented in a manner that reflects our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention.

Requirements

  • Excellent product knowledge and presentation skills.
  • Extensive experience in managing a beauty counter.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to continue learning about our products and services.
