Beauty Counter Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Lancome Beauty Counter Manager to join our North Adelaide Pharmacy team.

The role of a Counter Manager is critical in enabling us to fulfill our purpose as they:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service and consult with customers to ensure they receive the best advice for their health and beauty needs.
  2. Makes every customer feel special while demonstrating prestige products.
  3. Ensures customers' transactions are processed correctly and efficiently using our point-of-sale systems.
  4. Ensures our stores are beautifully presented and well-stocked to make our customers feel welcome and enjoy their experience in our stores.
  5. Demonstrates the value of National Pharmacies membership to our customers.

People who excel as National Pharmacies and Lancome Counter Managers consistently demonstrate:

  1. Excellent product knowledge, and presentation in line with a prestige brand.
  2. Extensive experience in managing a beauty counter.
  3. Confidence in delivering outstanding customer service and advice to a diverse range of customers with a broad variety of health and well-being needs.
