We are seeking a dedicated Lancome Beauty Counter Manager to join our North Adelaide Pharmacy team.
The role of a Counter Manager is critical in enabling us to fulfill our purpose as they:
- Provide exceptional customer service and consult with customers to ensure they receive the best advice for their health and beauty needs.
- Makes every customer feel special while demonstrating prestige products.
- Ensures customers' transactions are processed correctly and efficiently using our point-of-sale systems.
- Ensures our stores are beautifully presented and well-stocked to make our customers feel welcome and enjoy their experience in our stores.
- Demonstrates the value of National Pharmacies membership to our customers.
People who excel as National Pharmacies and Lancome Counter Managers consistently demonstrate:
- Excellent product knowledge, and presentation in line with a prestige brand.
- Extensive experience in managing a beauty counter.
- Confidence in delivering outstanding customer service and advice to a diverse range of customers with a broad variety of health and well-being needs.
- Ability to relate well with customers and teammates.
- Willingness to continue to learn about the products and services National Pharmacies offers.
