ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Commercial team in Queensland, is growing and we are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join on a Permanent Full-Time basis. This role based in Brisbane CBDwill assist with growing and developing our Queensland clients with a requirement for occasional travel to client sites.
DUTIES
The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
Business sales and development Lead generation Management of national occupational health contracts and service delivery Coordinating and supporting Corporate and Remote Occupational Health programs Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes and negotiations Key account management Build awareness of the product range and brand within the local Sonic HealthPlus clinics and geographic areas Monitor and assist with all relevant tenders and contracts Actively engage customers and assess their needs, qualify appropriately, and aligning SHP solutions with their needsCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and be a results focused, self-driven individual with a positive outlook. Additionally you will be able to demonstrate the following:
Proven expert prospecting, selling and negotiating skills in the occupational health or related industry, including networking and partnering Effective and creative customer problem solving skills Demonstrated analytical and financial skills to identify patterns and draw conclusions from data and correlate data with business need Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and telephone manner Degree qualification in Business or other related field 3 or more years of sales experience; business to business or healthcare experience highly regarded Experience in CRM software Current valid driver’s licenseWHY JOIN US?
