As a Consultant or Senior Consultant (including Analysts and Senior Analysts), you will play a pivotal role in transforming complex project questions into actionable insights. Your expertise in data analytics, problem-solving, and client relationship management will be essential as you collaborate to deliver high-impact solutions.

We are currently recruiting Consultants and Senior Consultants (including Analysts and Senior Analysts) and in Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Analytic execution and leadership:

  • Develop and apply appropriate analytical methodologies for project workstreams.
  • Where appropriate, guide junior team members in executing analysis, offering hands-on support where needed.

Synthesis and insights:

  • Synthesise and interpret complex data results, translating them into clear, actionable insights for clients.
  • Ensure results are accurate, meaningful, and presented in a client-ready format.

Problem solving:

  • Collaborate with clients to frame key challenges and define the scope of solutions based on their needs.

Project management:

  • Manage the workflow and progress of your personal work or workstream, ensuring timely analysis and development of high-quality deliverables. 

Communication:

  • Draft compelling, clear, and insightful products tailored for client understanding, in Word and PowerPoint.
  • Present content effectively and persuasively in verbal communications with clients.

Team leadership (applies to Senior Consultant role):

  • Act as the day-to-day manager for junior team members on your workstream, providing mentorship and direction to ensure successful project execution.

Applicants must be Australian citizens and consent to obtaining Australian Government security clearance.

Candidates must have a university qualifications in a relevant degree (distinction average or higher preferred) and be Australian citizens.
