TheRole 

As a member of the Associated PublicSchools (APS) and Associated Grammar Schools of Victoria (AGSV), weare seeking an experienced coaches to inspire our students to dreammore and learn more. At Caulfield Grammar School our purpose is "toenable quality learning every day in every experience for everylearner for life" and our proud history of Rowing, is an integralcomponent to achieving this. It provides students with physical andsocial development and is also a great opportunity for students todevelop life-skills while enjoying the experience with theirfriends. 

As a Rowing Coach with CaulfieldGrammar School, you would deliver a great sports experience for ourstudents, ensuring that Caulfield Grammar School (CGS) values,policies and procedures are applied effectively through alltraining sessions and game day situations. These roles will bebased at our Caulfield Grammar Rowing Campuses (Albert Park BoatShed/Yarra River Boat Shed).

Senior Rowing Coaches Intermediate Rowing Coaches Junior Rowing Coaches

KeyDuties

Assist in the planning of the training and competition programme in conjunction with the Head of Rowing Develop technical skill, fitness, teamwork and leadership capabilities for all students Provide performance feedback and analysis to students  Provide equitable opportunities to students to achieve their highest potential during the season and demonstrate their capacity and progress on merit Model and live the Caulfield Grammar School values and behaviours.

Skills andExperience 

Bring specialist knowledge and experience, passion and enthusiasm to coach, mentor, and role model for our students Be available to meet all of the Rowing program requirements (as directed by the Head of Rowing). These include; Pre Season, Training, Holiday Training and all APS & Non APS Fixtures  Hold appropriate Coaching Accreditation and have relevant and current coaching experience at secondary school level or within an elite community sports program  Level 1 First Aid and Anaphylaxis Certification or be prepared to obtain these Hold or willing to obtain an Employment Working With Children Check.
