RESPONSIBILITIES

Call Centre Operators will utilize their organisation and communication skills to liaise with our panel on a range of issues Organize our technicians to provide onsite support.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

Call centre experience preferable The commitment of a minimum of three days per week, including either a Saturday or Sunday, 4 hours a day Excellent communication skills An eye for detail Demonstrated problem-solving ability Adaptability Excellent work ethic A professional and organised approach to work commitments Commitment to providing excellent customer service Positive attitude The shift timings initially will be from Mon-Thursday (5 , Friday (5 8 , Saturday (12 - 4 OR 1 -5 , Sunday ( 1 -5 WHY WORK FOR NIELSEN?  At Nielsen, we believe that career growth is a partnership.
