Job Expectations

We have a new opportunity at nbn for a Technical Training Lead reporting to the Senior Manager Field Training and Knowledge.

A bit about your role

As the Technical Training Lead, you will oversee end-to-end technical onboarding and training activities for nbn’s Field Workforce. This will see you facilitating the adoption of new technologies, tools, and processes.

You will be responsible to interface and work closely with key stakeholders, Partners/Suppliers, and teams across both Field Services and the broader nbn business.

A bit about you

The successful candidate is passionate about driving change and fostering continuous improvement across performance, capability, technical standards, and quality.

This role will require someone who is collaborative and has strong experience designing and developing training content across an internal and external workforce. A background in field services technology will be highly valuable.

A qualification in Certificate IV (TAE40116) is preferred and demonstrated experience using this knowledge in the delivery of training and assessment is essential.
