The Lead Technical Training Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient provision of technical competency and training services. They are responsible for leading a team of one, offering comprehensive coordination support for all technical training activities involving Operational Support Division (OSD) employees and Maintenance Service Providers (MSPs). Moreover, they oversee the development, planning, scheduling, and validation of competency units and training packages tailored to various technical job families and functions. They also coordinate the resources needed for the training being delivered. All these tasks are carried out in accordance with enterprise competency frameworks and training governance, leveraging technology and innovative strategies.

**The community you will join**:
Based in either **Brisbane**, you will report directly to the Manager of Technical Competency and Training. Your role will involve supporting the OSD Technical Competency and Training Strategy and leading or assisting with Programs of Work and continuous improvement initiatives as required. You will become part of an energetic and highly efficient team dedicated to achieving operational excellence.

**Your expertise**:

- Certificate IV+ in Training and Assessment (TAE 2022) coupled with experience in a similar position/doing similar work.

**We’d also love you to have**:

- Certificate IV in Project Management or equivalent.
- Change management qualifications (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) or a willingness to obtain
