**Technical Lead | Brisbane**

We have an inflight project that we need to complete early June, to ensure we are compliant with ISO2007:2013 requirements.

**Skillset for Technical Lead**:

- Technical
- Intune tenancy build and configuration
- SCCM configuration
- SOE build and configuration
- Windows scripting and desktop customization
- Leadership
- Technical lead for project - manage own tasks, ICT Operations SOE build, and work with our client to complete work
- Manage and work with client to deploy solution to CSG training sites and perform testing correctly
- Work with EF ICT Operations and Security team to implement changes or clarify changes

**Technical Lead Responsibilities (including but not exclusive to)**:

- Design, build and deployment a training laptop solution that meets ISMS and security requirements (ISO27001:2013)
- Implement a solution that satisfies the following requirements:

- Jobseeker laptops/desktop’s C:Drive etc will be ‘cleaned’ upon every log off (ISO requirement)
- Jobseeker laptops/desktops will connect to a segregated ‘Guest Network’ or other network separate from the Corporate network.
- Segregated network to be created by another 3rd party
- Jobseeker laptops/desktops need to be **_set up to prevent inappropriate access_** to certain websites as per CyberSafety Policy below.
- Content filtering will be applied via Fortigate firewall currently onsite
- Jobseeker users can use USB ports on their computers to upload files for temporary use on the computer
- AV software exists to scan files on USB
- Turn off Auto-run for files on USB

**Scope of tasks (including but not exclusive to)**
- Tasks to complete:

- Confirm current design, build and deployment process previously created
- Refine the design or process
- Update/Create design and as-built documentation
- Ensure process in place to push out future deployments i.e. via Intune
- Ensure solution works on non SD-WAN networks as well (no Fortigate on non SD-WAN)
- Deploy solution to sites, working with 3rd party (who will deploy laptops and image with SOE)
- Ensure proxy settings are removed from laptops
- Ensure site has internet connectivity
- Ensure site has SSID created by BIT
- Ensure laptops connect to NDVR_Training network
- Manage 3rd party to complete testing and validation for one laptop
- Laptops automatically connect to the new network - NDVR_Training
- Confirm they are able to connect to the internet and content is filtered by Fortigate
- Confirm the user is not able to access inappropriate websites
- Confirm content saved on the C:Drive is cleared when the user logs off, and back onto the same machine
- Confirm the user is not able to connect to the intranet of Endeavour network post logging onto the machine
- Confirm the user use USB ports on their computers to upload files for temporary use on the computer
- Confirm there is an AV software to scan files on USB
- Confirm the files on the USB do not automatically start up
- Deploy solution to all 32 sites, including sites not on SD-WAN (confirm these sites have network connectivity)
- Work with 3rd party to obtain sign-off on deployment for each site

**Timeframe**
- Start ASAP
- Delivery of solution required by middle June
