The Role
Experience in Head Chef roles. This is a hands-on role. Understanding busy kitchen environments and fast paced services. Leading a team of like-minded chefs who want the same outcome, to work together as a cohesive unit. Creative mind-set and problem solving skills are a must have. Understanding and upholding all food standards, OHS, food cost, wage costs and P&L essential.

Skills & Experience
* Previous Head/Sous chef experience - 2 years +
* Strong work ethic
* Passion for hospitality and modern cookery
* Understanding full 360 role of a hands-on leader
* Ordering, food cost, rostering & wine knowledge
