The Ideal Candidate:

This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong work ethic, a passion for hospitality and modern cookery, and experience in Head Chef roles. You will be responsible for leading a team of like-minded chefs, managing food standards, OHS, food cost, and wage costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Previous experience as a Head/Sous Chef
  • Strong work ethic and passion for hospitality
  • Understanding of food standards, OHS, food cost, and wage costs
