The Role
As Executive Culinary Director, you will lead a team of experienced chefs in busy kitchen environments with fast-paced services. This hands-on role requires strong leadership skills to work collaboratively with like-minded professionals, fostering a cohesive unit. You will be responsible for creative menu development, maintaining high food standards, adhering to OHS guidelines, and managing costs effectively.

Key Requirements & Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in senior culinary roles, including Head Chef positions
* Strong work ethic and passion for modern cookery
* Ability to oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, from ordering and inventory management to rostering and staff development
* Excellent problem-solving skills and knowledge of wine and beverage pairing
