As the Demi Chef  in Garden Kitchen & Bar, you will be given the responsibility of supporting the leadership team to assist with motivating the team, always ensuring consistency in high quality product and service standards. 

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Monitors stock levels
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of all food leaving the kitchen
  • Mentor and develop the Commis' and Apprentice Chefs in the brigade

What are we looking for:

  • Chef experience required in a 5-star environment or large restaurant 
  • Full work rights and flexible availability over a 7-day roster
  • Experience driving quality and consistency, with a passion for a diverse range of food and a keen desire for continuous learning
  • Previous experience with quality control in production and preservation
  • Ability to ensure a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the kitchens
