About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Demi Chef to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, ensuring the quality and consistency of all food leaving the kitchen, and mentoring and developing our Commis' and Apprentice Chefs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring stock levels to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Ensuring the quality and consistency of all food leaving the kitchen
  • Mentoring and developing Commis' and Apprentice Chefs in the brigade
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Chef experience required in a 5-star environment or large restaurant
  • Full work rights and flexible availability over a 7-day roster
  • Experience driving quality and consistency, with a passion for a diverse range of food and a keen desire for continuous learning
  • Previous experience with quality control in production and preservation
  • Ability to ensure a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the kitchens
