As part of our dynamic team, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and ensuring that our referrers are supported with the highest level of imaging service.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven salesperson to join our Melbourne Referrer Relationship Specialist team. Reporting directly to the Lake Marketing Manager, your primary focus will be on building and nurturing relationships with General Practitioners (GPs), Specialists, and other allied healthcare providers in the region. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth of our referral base and the enhancement of patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute Strategic Plans: Implement strategic plans to drive referral growth, assess emerging opportunities and competitor activities, to drive operational excellence in your designated territory.
• Build Strong Relationships: Establish and maintain business-centric relationships with GPs, Specialists, and other key referrers, to ensure high levels of service satisfaction.
• Promote Lake Imaging Services: Advocate for our comprehensive range of medical imaging services, highlighting the benefits to referrers and their patients.
• Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed referral targets by effectively communicating the value of Lake Imaging’s services.
• Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with our marketing, operations, and clinical teams to ensure a seamless experience for referrers and patients.
• Event Management: Plan and host events/networking opportunities to support referrer education needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Tertiary education in Science, Business, or a related field is highly desirable. Radiology or Pathology highly regarded.
• Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly within the healthcare industry, is advantageous.
• Territory Knowledge: Familiarity with the Melbourne healthcare landscape, especially in GP Sales, is a plus.
• Customer Service Orientation: Strong focus on customer service and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
