Our Samford store is currently looking for a motivated and hard working leader, to join and help lead the store's bakery department.
Reporting directly to the Bakery Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for managing a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes + much more
Working as a part of an enthusiastic team, in a highly competitive supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate:
Fresh food retail knowledge is preferred, but not essential Ability to lead and manage a team Ability to order and control costs An excellent understanding of gross profit calculations Accurate team rostering Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach Unparalleled commitment to customer service Excellent communication skills Ability to liaise with both team members and management A flair for merchandising Strong leadership and delegation skills Ability to coach, train and performance manage teams Commitment to work health and safety standardIf this sounds like the opportunity you’ve been looking for, we’d love to hear from you
