Position Title: Experienced Night Baker

Location: Fortitude Valley

Type: Full-Time

Hours: Night Shifts (8 PM - 4 AM)

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a talented and dedicated Night Baker to join our team.

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and production standards.
- Mix doughs and batters accurately, ensuring consistency and quality in every batch.
- Operate and maintain baking equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery area, including work surfaces, equipment, and utensils.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage ingredient supplies to avoid any shortages.
- Collaborate with the daytime team to transition smoothly and discuss any potential issues or special orders.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a baker, with at least 4 years of professional baking experience.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment operation.
- Ability to work overnight shifts and be punctual and reliable.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Ability to lift heavy bags of flour and other baking ingredients.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
