About Our Client

Our client support remote mining, resources and construction businesses with on site medical, emergency response, risk management training and occupational health support services.

Job Description

They Key duties of this role are:

  • On board new employees ensuring all relevant documentation, inductions, training and medicals are completed
  • To coordinate mobilisation of employees including arranging travel and accommodation
  • To develop sustainable business relationships through efficient and effective mobilisation and on-boarding of suitable candidates into work assignments.
  • To contribute as a team member to successful company performance through achievement of individual Key Performance Indicators.
  • To assist the client achieve their financial, business and unit targets and objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Mobilisation Coordinator" should have:

  • A qualification in Business Administration or related field
  • Demonstrated skills in planning and organising mobilisation activities, including self-prioritisation skills to ensure workload is managed effectively within agreed time frames and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal skills especially when dealing with key stakeholders.
  • An ability to be flexible, to adapt to changing deadlines and business demands, with an ability to grow with the business.
  • An ability to demonstrate tact and diplomacy when dealing with sensitive situations, maintaining confidentiality.
  • An ability to work effectively, as part of a team to ensure team and business goals are met effectively and efficiently.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and maintaining integrity.
  • Minimum 2 years mobilisation experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in the Health/Mining industry is highly desirable.
