We are now seeking an experienced Project Builder to join our dynamic team.
 
Duties and responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
  • Provide on-site supervision and leadership, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets company standards and client expectations.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and maximize project success.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and project close-out documents.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, seeking opportunities to enhance project delivery processes and methodologies.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years’ proven experience as a Project Builder or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage teams and resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Thorough understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
 
Salary: The role offers a remuneration package with $80,000 p.a. plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
