  • We are seeking a skilled Project Builder to oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The successful candidate will develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
  • As a key member of our dynamic team, the Project Builder will provide on-site supervision and leadership, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications. Regular communication with clients will be a key aspect of this role, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring project objectives are met.
  • Additionally, the Project Builder will be responsible for monitoring project budgets, tracking expenses, and implementing cost-saving measures where possible. Conducting regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets company standards and client expectations will also be a critical task.
  • The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' proven experience as a Project Builder or similar role in the construction industry. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a thorough understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations are essential.
  • The role offers a competitive remuneration package with $80,000 p.a. plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
