Job Description

  • Management of Accounts Receivable function and assist Accounts Payable
  • Processing, reconciling and allocating daily cash receipts
  • Reconciliations of transactional bank accounts
  • Customer Invoicing and answering queries
  • Complete various end of month tasks and financial year end processing
  • Assist with processing expense claims including credit card reconciliations
  • Resolution of accounts queries and managing the recovery of any overdue accounts
  • Management of accounts group email inbox
  • Assist with internal and external audit requirements
  • General administration such as updating and maintaining CRM, ERP data base records

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Officer should have:

  • Extensive experience in Accounts Receivable and Payable transactional procedures
  • Experience with general ledger transactions, reconciliations, and journals
  • Strong administration, time management and organisational skills
  • High level communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Accurate data entry skills and a high attention to detail
  • Ability to problem solve, take initiative and ownership of tasks
  • Intermediate competence with excel spreadsheets and other Microsoft Office applications
