We have a permanent, full-time opportunity for an Accounts Administration Officer to join our Finance team based in Perth’s CBD.

Reporting to the Team Leader – AP & AR, you will be responsible for ensuring that key administrative tasks within the AP and AR functions are completed in a timely and accurate manner to support both the supplier payments and customer cash collection process.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience using computerised financial systems and MS Office applications, specifically Excel.
  • Proven punctuality, reliability, honesty, and high level of accountability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective time management, task prioritisation and organisational skills.
  • Diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise and cope under pressure.
  • Ability to work as a team, as well as autonomously.
