FourQuarters is partnering with an established subsidiary of a multi-billion, national logistics organisation who are based South of the River.
 
The Role
As the Accounts Administrator you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial transactions and providing admin support. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with financial reporting, and handling a range of office tasks to ensure smooth operations.

  • Process invoices, receipts and payments related to logistics services.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Process bank deposits and monitor company accounts for discrepancies.
  • Provide general admin support to various departments within the company.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems for both financial documents and company records.
  • Perform data entry for various company reports and databases.

 
Profile

  • You will hold a diploma or degree certification in accounting, finance or business administration.
  • Proven experience in an Accounts Clerk or admin role within a similar organisation.
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as MYOB.
  • You will possess high attention to details with a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong organisational abilities.
