ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a motivated Territory Manager to provide a Valuable Solution to our customers. 

The In Vitro Product Portfolio covers CSSD and Endoscopy departments in Public and Private Healthcare Organisations, encompassing both Capital and Consumable offerings. 

This position will report to the Regional Sales Manager - NSW

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintaining existing accounts with a high level of customer service and pursuing additional sales opportunities.
  • Identify key decision makers in all accounts to maximise sales opportunities
  • Prospect New opportunities in the Territory to increase market share
  • Analysis sales data and accurately maintain Territory Business Plans to identify growth potential
  • Provide accurate & timely reporting of all activities, weekly, monthly, or as required
  • Monitor competitor activities and contribute to company strategy and marketing campaigns
  • Conduct and organise product demonstrations and trials in a professional and technically correct manner, coordinating such activities with Product Management and Application support
  • Participating in regional and national trade conferences

ABOUT YOU:

A background in CSSD/Endoscopy or Capital Equipment sales is desirable.

In addition to being an outstanding communicator and a great team player, you will possess the following attributes:

  • A proven track record in developing and maintaining strong relationships in a Sales Environment.
  • Ability to work on and manage multiple projects simultaneously to consistently deliver excellence
  • Driven to exceed budgets
  • Demonstrate good time management skills and ability to manage workload in a high-pressure environment 
  • Ability to work as part of a team or unsupervised
  • The Eagerness to own and Manage their Territory 
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Motivated to commit the time & effort that will see you earn the rewards this position has to offer
