The Opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner, ANZ to join our high performing People and Culture team.  Reporting to the People and Culture Director, this role manages end-to-end talent acquisition across the ANZ business and acts as advocate for the iNova employment brand both internally and externally.  

Key accountabilities include:

  • Close partnering with ANZ leaders to understand business needs and find best talent and fit with the iNova business and team.
  • Providing proactive, timely full cycle talent acquisition services from briefing through to onboarding.
  • Monitoring and optimising TA processes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Taking the lead on TA projects and contributing effectively to broader People and Culture initiatives
  • Managing external vendor relationships and contracts
  • Championing iNova’s values, EVP and inclusive culture throughout the recruitment process.

About You

You will bring significant end-to-end recruitment experience across broad disciplines and job levels and demonstrate a proactive, solutions-focused approach to owning your work and outcomes. Excellent communication and relationship building skills, strong prioritisation and a personal drive to work within a fast-paced, dynamic and collaborative environment are critical for success.

Experience within healthcare/pharmaceutical or FMCG is preferred.
