**The Opportunity**:
An exciting role is available within our rapidly growing, dynamic organisation. It offers the chance to make a significant impact and contribute to innovative recruitment practices during a period of business expansion. As a key partner to the business, the Talent Acquisition Partner will provide recruitment solutions aimed at attracting and retaining talent across various positions. This role is crucial for ensuring proactive, client-focused, capability-based recruitment services, offering contemporary recruitment solutions, strategies, and advice across the group.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Talent Delivery**: providing end to end delivery of recruitment requirements, implementing innovative sourcing strategies and recruitment campaigns to attract and engage top talent, and build strong pipelines to meet hiring requirements. Lead recruitment projects, especially for upcoming tender recruitment, supporting planning and recruitment activities to secure the best talent.
- ** Talent Development**: Coach managers on all aspects of recruitment, including effective interviewing techniques. Serve as a trusted advisor to managers at all levels, implementing new recruitment practices & processes, effectively assessing position requirements, and sourcing and attracting talent.
- ** Talent Analytics**:providing insights on market conditions and trends to support key hiring decisions and advising on recruitment best practices.
- ** Talent Administration**:Handle recruitment administration tasks such as job posting, phone screening, interviewing, and reference checks. Manage vendors and PSA efficiently.

**What Sets You Apart**:

- Proven experience partnering with hiring managers to achieve successful recruitment outcomes.
- Previous experience in recruitment administration, talent acquisition, or as a Recruitment Consultant.
- Extensive use of ATS, Livehire and LinkedIn highly regarded.
- The ability to develop a talent sourcing and attraction strategy.
- A thorough understanding of contemporary recruitment practices and knowledge of project management and HR processes.
- Innovation, entrepreneurial spirit, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Skills to coach and train managers, leading by example in recruitment best practices.
