As a Global SAP partner, Capgemini is one of the world's largest and most experienced SAP systems integrators, with 17,800 practitioners and over 40 years of experience. We support clients to implement highly scalable solutions in Digital Core Transformation, Commerce and LOB Transformation, Advanced Analytics, OnePath for SAP and SAP Innovation.

This position can be based out of any location in Australia.

Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:

• Job responsibilities include working with clients to understand business requirements/pain points, solutioning options, performing system configuration and documentation.
• Be seen by the client as a functional expert and trusted advisor.
• Facilitate and support functional workshops and design walkthrough sessions.
• Creating and validating business process maps.
• Developing key design artefacts including functional design documents, functional specifications and test cases, including execution of test cases.
• Performing various test cycles including unit testing, system integration testing (SIT) and assistance during user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Providing regular progress updates to project leadership and stream leads.

Let's talk about your qualifications and experience:

• Functional resource with supply chain planning background and hands-on experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• Minimum of 10+ years of relevant professional industry experience, preferably in a consulting environment.
• At least 3 end-to-end SAP IBP implementations, including IBP for Demand (preferred). Experience of other modules is beneficial (i.e., IBP for Inventory, IBP for Supply & Response).
• Working knowledge of Cloud Platform Integration for Data services (CI-DS) and integration of SAP IBP with source systems (e.g., SAP ECC, S/4HANA).
• Previous experience of implementing SAP SCM (APO) would be an advantage.
• Solid working experience of SAP Materials Management (MM) and/or SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) would be desirable.
• Sound working knowledge of SAP functional areas of sales and order management, materials requirements planning (MRP), production planning and inventory management would be desirable.
• Experience with agile based implementation methodologies.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to communicate at all management levels.
• Proven track record of working in a team environment and delivering quality outcomes is key criteria.
• Experience of working in FMCG/foods and beverages industry and knowledge of related business processes would be beneficial.
