The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to support either our Rocklea or Redbank operations, on a full time basis. This is an integral role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our administrative processes. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to and action incoming queries via email from clients and vendors in a timely manner
  • Complete weekly pre-invoice checks to ensure revenue capital and final invoice accuracy
  • Assist in the creation and documentation of process maps and policy and procedure guides
  • Understand customer Invoicing requirements and assist with consistent delivery of these requirements
  • Identify areas for improvement within the Contracts team and wider business and assist in driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist with other ad hoc contract and administrative requirements as required

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Enjoy and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite of programs
