About the Role: Retail Store Manager - Bankstown, Sydney

Step into a leadership role at one of Sydney's premier destinations for tactical gear, workwear and fitness apparel. As a Full-time Retail Store Manager in Bankstown, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service, building lasting customer connections and driving growth in our expanding product lines.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Retail Acumen: Bring at least 2 years of retail management experience, with a solid understanding of the unique demands of the industry and a passion for delivering exceptional retail experiences.
  2. Engagement: Possess outstanding communication skills and a knack for connecting with customers from diverse backgrounds, including first responders, security guards and fitness enthusiasts.
  3. Flexibility: Be willing to work weekends and evenings as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced retail environment.
