About the Role: Retail Store Manager - Bankstown, Sydney
Step into a leadership role at one of Sydney's premier destinations for tactical gear, workwear and fitness apparel. As a Full-time Retail Store Manager in Bankstown, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service, building lasting customer connections and driving growth in our expanding product lines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Driving Success: Develop and execute strategies to maximise store profitability, leveraging your expertise in retail management and customer service.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Showcase our values through exemplary customer service, expert product knowledge and a genuine passion for the 5.11 Tactical brand, including our expanding workwear and CrossFit ranges.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, including security professionals and CrossFit enthusiasts, by understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Retail Acumen: Bring at least 2 years of retail management experience, with a solid understanding of the unique demands of the industry and a passion for delivering exceptional retail experiences.
- Engagement: Possess outstanding communication skills and a knack for connecting with customers from diverse backgrounds, including first responders, security guards and fitness enthusiasts.
- Flexibility: Be willing to work weekends and evenings as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced retail environment.
