Excitingly, we are currently on the lookout for a proactive and detail oriented Programmatic Manager to join our Publicis LeOne team. The role

In this role, you will deliver the complete service to all clients in your portfolio, from taking the first brief, developing the approach through to implementation and ongoing management with regards to programmatic. This is an incredible opportunity to work in partnership with senior stakeholders and day-to-day clients to deliver against their goals, whilst also building exceptionally strong relationships with them. Problem solving, presentation, communication skills and specialist programmatic knowledge are the keys to this role.

Key responsibilities

Reporting into the Programmatic and Operations Director, you will have full ownership of campaign management and performance across all your clients. You will be responsible for the overall quality of the programmatic response to brief, define campaign KPIs, manage ongoing optimisations, and campaign measurement alongside the delivery of the programmatic post campaign report.

Your scope will include:

Developing and presenting ‘best in class’ Programmatic strategies and proposals to the client delivering on their targets Ownership and management of the development and implementation process, working together with the Programmatic Executive Developing and managing the development of campaign structures including audience selection, creative knowledge and optimisation goals Continually optimise, and manage the optimisation of, activity against the clients’ or self-imposed targets with a strong understanding of all processes to achieve this Deliver analysis and insight into the latest programmatic performance and market trends Constantly keep informed about market developments to both inform the team and evolve the campaign activity Ensure beta opportunities are explored and used where applicable Develop strong working relationships with your immediate team, wider agency, day-to-day client contacts and supplier partners

What type of person will be successful in this role  

3+ years’ experience in a programmatic or ad operations role in a media agency or in house Deep experience in managing programmatic campaigns across display and video Working knowledge of DSP platforms including at least one of the following: DV360, Xandr, Amazon Experience in managing client communications and relationships as well as a portfolio of clients Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise them An inquisitive mind who keeps up to date with all relevant industry developments and client relevant changes Excellent understanding and working knowledge of digital marketing/advertising
