Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Bar Manager, Assistant Bar Manager or Bar Supervisor in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Strong service focus
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach and mentor staff
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with the proven ability to build effective relationships and communicate with a diverse range of people both internally and externally
  • Excellent communication and presentation
  • Proven problem solving, organisational and time management skills
  • Comprehend financial responsibilities
  • Understanding of stock control & ordering processes
  • Able and willing to work weekends and public holidays
