About the Opportunity:


We are looking for the industry's finest Bar Supervisor to join our Bar team to deliver a best-in-class experience for both our guests and crew.

You will ensure a high standard of service and bar operations.

Main Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest service at all times during service periods
  • Ensure adequate glassware & equipment are maintained at all times
  • Ensure bar areas are clean and presentable at all times
  • Responsible for the delivery of service related to Training and Development programs, including induction plans, buddy shifts, and any other service related training.
  • Address & resolve any barrelated issues and escalate to management as required
  • Complete opening and/or closing duties as assigned, and ensure readiness of crew, equipment, stock, stations and floor for service.
  • Experience as a Bar Supervisor or Head Bartender in a premium venue
  • Strong knowledge in cocktails, beer and spirits
  • Experience with ordering and stocktake is advantageous
  • Exceptional service skills and guest focused
  • Adaptable and able to perform in highpressured service periods
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation
  • Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
  • Must possess a valid RSA certificate
