Fulfillment Coordinator, APAC

This role can be either office based (Southern Cross, Melbourne) or from home (AU wide) - or a combination of both. The role is initially a short-term 6-9 month contract with the potential to be extended.
Sonos is looking for an exceptional Fulfillment Coordinator to join the APAC Fulfillment Team here in Australia. Our team aspires to create the ultimate customer experience for our dealer partners so they in turn can support our end customers at retail. We work every day to provide an excellent service to key retail both in ANZ and across Asia Pacific, making sure they have the right product in stock at the right time. In ANZ you’ll be working with key retailers such as JB Hifi, Harvey Norman and The Good Guys.
As a part of the Global Fulfillment team, the Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for providing excellent day-to-day operational support to our retail partners. We’ll provide you with product training and give you speakers to take home, so you can enjoy music throughout your entire home
What You’ll Do
Enter and release orders for our exciting new products
Check inventory levels vs forecast
Share an update on inbound stock to fulfill backorders
Report to the commercial team on the success of our newest products preorders
Provide a customer with a copy of their invoice
Help a customer arrange the return of a faulty product
Work with our logistics team to resolve a delivery issue
What You’ll Need
1-2 years experience in customer service or fulfillment operations
A basic understanding of Logistics
Experience using Excel in a business environment
Skilled in written and spoken communication, ideally in B2B scenarios
Experience with ticketing and order management systems (SAP, EDI and Salesforce a plus)
A passion for music, technology and sound. An understanding of networking is a bonus
Decisive, service minded, action oriented, and empathetic in nature
A strong team player with a Sonos first mindset, committed to a positive customer experience
Takes ownership of open issues and communicates clearly with management
