Key Responsibilities:

· Create and update menus

· Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portion size.

· Oversee daily kitchen operations, including scheduling, ordering, and inventory management.

· Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

· Train and mentor kitchen staff in proper cooking techniques, food handling, and safety protocols.

· Conduct regular quality checks on food items to ensure they meet the business's standards.

· Communicate effectively with other staff members to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

· Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
