Landmark @ Gateway is inspired by the Top End landscape and is themed in a natural environment setting.

About this role:

Cook responsibilities include studying recipes, setting up menus and preparing high-quality dishes. You should be able to delegate tasks to kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner.

Also, you should be familiar with sanitation regulations.

Job Responsibility

• Plan, prepare and cook food items to ensure the highest quality service and experience

for the customer.

• Responsible for preparation, cooking and presentation of all food items within the

kitchen

• Responsible for the overall cleanliness and presentation of the kitchen

• Supervision, training and development of other kitchen employees

• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety practices

• Responsible for helping head chef with the daily operation of the kitchen

• Practising proper workplace health and safety procedures

• Other incidental and peripheral duties as requested by the Employer
