We offer an exciting opportunity for experienced Cooks and Food & Beverage Supervisors to join our team and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide variety of food items, ensuring quality and presentation meet the highest standards.

The Cook will collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our customers. Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing ingredients and cooking food according to recipes and established standards.
• Preparing sushi rice, handling raw fish, crafting different types of sushi rolls, and preparing different sauces and other items as per menu.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, following proper hygiene practices, and monitoring food temperatures.
• Managing inventory levels of ingredients, monitoring stock levels, and communicating with the kitchen manager regarding ingredient orders and replenishment needs.

The successful candidate will possess strong organizational and multitasking skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.

This is a full-time position offering an estimated salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
